Circle of Lights® presented by the Contractors of Quality Connection and Electrical Workers of IBEW 481 will take place Friday, Nov. 27 on Monument Circle.   The event begins at 6 p.m. with the televised show starting at 7 p.m.  This event is an opportunity for the community to join together and celebrate peace and brotherhood.  Those in attendance will surely be delighted with a special appearance from holiday entertainers and the larger-than-life toy soldiers and sailors and peppermint sticks adorning Monument Circle.  In addition, Santa will make his first official appearance of the 2009 season with a special, nationally-known guest!
